One moment, getting the page ready for you.

Use this when handwriting is hard to read, slow, effortful, or upsetting enough that it is affecting school participation, confidence, or willingness to write for someone you support. Think about your average week over the last month.
Think about teachers, family members, or anyone who does not already know what your child meant to write.
Look for tight grip, awkward posture, frequent erasing, slow output, or avoiding longer writing tasks.
Examples: not finishing work, avoiding writing, rushing to keep up, becoming upset, or producing less than they know.
This could include teacher strategies, short home practice, desk setup, paper positioning, breaks, or OT advice.
