Use this when recognising the need to toilet, getting there in time, tolerating the environment, or staying dry and clean is harder than it should be for you or someone you support. Think about your average week over the last month.
Think not noticing, delaying too long, rushing at the last moment, or accidents because the signal was missed.
Examples include smell, echo, hand dryers, toilet flush, seat feel, lighting, privacy, or fear of unfamiliar bathrooms.
This includes reminders, sequencing, hands-on help, checking, and calming after the task.
Think avoiding places, carrying lots of backup items, anxiety, being unable to stay out long, or family planning around bathroom access.
