What to expectafter you enquire
Submitting an enquiry does not lock you into services. It gives us enough context to reply clearly, explain fit, and outline the next practical step.
We review the enquiry
We look at the main concerns, the service requested, location, funding pathway, and whether the request appears to fit the scope of VennCare.
We reply with the next step
If the enquiry looks suitable, the response may include clarification questions, availability, intake requirements, or a suggestion to book a discovery call or complete a referral form.
We confirm fit before formal services
A formal therapy relationship only begins once the enquiry is accepted and the relevant intake, consent, and service arrangements are completed.
You should know where things stand
If more information is needed, the aim is to ask directly rather than keep people guessing. If a request is not the right fit, the response should be honest about that too.
The point of the enquiry is to create clarity: what support is being sought, whether VennCare is the right match, and what the next practical decision should be.
What the enquiry is not
- It is not an automatic service acceptance.
- It does not create a formal therapy relationship by itself.
- It is not expected that every enquiry will be the right fit.
- It is a first step toward deciding whether support, referral, or another pathway makes the most sense.
